Peter takes you around the world, when he speaks about his extreme adventures witnessing wars, revolutions and crises for decades. He is as moving as inspiring, commemorating the encounters with the grief and hardship many people in numerous countries are suffering from. His international career took off as he reported the Fall of the Berlin Wall, in 1989. Rumania was next, and Peter was in Moscow when Boris Jeltsin pushed Michail Gorbatsjov aside. Peter reported on most conflicts in Africa, but also in Ukraine, Colombia, Brasil, Iraq, Afghanistan, et cetera. For his documentary Welcome to North Korea he received an International Emmy from the Academy of Television, Arts and Sciences in New York.
